Promotional Terms and Conditions

The Following Terms and Conditions Apply to All Promotions, Discounts, and Marketing Incentives Offered to New Customers. Please Read Carefully.

1. Discount Applicability — The promotional discount applies exclusively to application fees. Shipping labels, which are optional, are not included and remain subject to standard pricing.

2. Validity Period — All promotions are valid for 6 Months from Date of Issue. Any discount not applied prior to the expiration date of the promotion will be forfeited and cannot be extended or redeemed thereafter.

3. Eligibility — All promotions are available exclusively to new practices that signed up using a valid promotional code at the time of enrollment. Practices using any billing method other than "Practice Billing" are not eligible.

4. Duration — Discounts apply to applications created over 3 consecutive billing cycles from the date of enrollment. If a practice pauses, cancels, or otherwise interrupts their billing at any point during this period, the discount will expire immediately and will not be reinstated. After the 3rd billing cycle, standard pricing will resume automatically.

5. Free Introductory Application — A discount promotion may be combined with the free introductory application offer, allowing new practices to maximize savings during their onboarding period.

6. No Minimum Spend — There is no minimum spend required to qualify for or maintain a discount promotion.

7. Non-Transferable — A promotional discount is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated above.

8. Right to Modify — We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
